   Technically, you probably are infringing, though I would suspect if the   
   cosplayer has purchased the cos or wig etc from a store that gives them   
   royalties, it could be argued the cosplayer has in fact INCREASED their   
   profit margin!   
      
   Again, it smacks of "Your allowed to buy from us, but we don't want to   
   be associated with you." Which is odd since they already are, since you   
   buy from them - a business transaction.   
      
   As an aside - I wonder if they have also banned pictures of NON   
   cosplayers who happen to be caught on film with (for example) a t-shirt   
   with one of their characters on the front.
