   	Finished this a day or so back.   
   	Really like Adachi's work but feeling a bit let   
   down at the conclusion.   
   	Ko and Aoba along with the team achieve Wakaba's   
   goal.  But then Adachi winds the story up as they go home   
   from the qualifying game.  Adachi really captures a baseball   
   pitching duel.  The tension is good as the pitchers and their   
   teams struggle to score.  Indeed with all the complications   
   of the manga plot the tension is well maintained throughout   
   the whole 8 volumes of the US release.   
      
   	I could imagine that as in Touch the action could be   
   concluded in an animé but I think it has not happened though   
   the whole manga has been turned into an anime TV series.   
   The anime series has good reviews.   
      
   	Enjoy some Adachi today.
