   Attack #1 is a sports(volleyball) manga from 1968!   
      
   Earlier today I reposted a L-E notice of attempts to fund the subtitling   
   of the anime of the same name which ran for two years on Japanese TV 40   
   years ago. Being gifted or cursed with a great deal of curiosity I   
   checked at Manga Fox and they have one chapter of this excellent manga.   
   Well I assume the quality of chapter 1.1 will hold up. The central   
   character is a young woman who has transferred from an excellent school   
   in Tokyo to a seaside town where the air is cleaner to live with an aunt   
   and uncle as she attends the local school. Character design is somewhat   
   different from modern or even 1980s works.

   skills, she would make enemies with Yoshimura, the star of the current   
   team. Kozue would discover that being at the top would bring stress,   
   incompatibilities and other dilemmas into her life. Her high   
   expectations of becoming the best volleyball player in the school, Japan
