   	Just before entering university, Yanagiba Masahiko's father died in a   
   car accident. His mother died when he was two, which makes him now   
   really an orphan. But even before the death of his father he didn't have   
   a family life, his father being busy or abroad.   
      
   	When his mother's younger brother and his wife decide to   
   invite him to live with their family, his life takes a turn. But it is   
   not going to be the normal family life he is imagining himself.   
   	What is the "terrible" secret that lead his parents to break the bonds   
   with his aunt and uncle? What could be the true nature of   
     his cousin, Shion? And last but not least, will this "terrible"   
   secret eventually get Yanagiba too?   
      
   Here is my summary.  I have been reading this over several years.   
   searching for latest scanalatons daily or weekly but the first   
   scans were out in 2007.  I searched my logs and did not find the   
   data so went back to the usual sources.   
   	Well I got to read the last chapter of this gender confusion comedy   
   today.  102 chapters or as the mangka designates them Days.   
      
   	The confusion is on the part of an orphaned cousin who comes   
   to live with a interesting family with some unconventional gender   
   assignments.  He is confused throughout the story as to the gender of   
   his cousin Shion who alternates gender presentation from boy to girl   
   and back again.  He is at college age and Shion is graduating from HS.   
   The father figure is a mangaka with a stable of assistants made up   
   of tranvestites, trans-genders and one transsexual at least.  The   
   assistants like to drink and pull the cousin into their celebrations.   
      
   	Along the way we meet lots of other folks including yakuza and   
   lots of dirty-minded college boys in the film club.   
      
   	The early part is funny as hell but the later chapters get serious   
   about relationships but with amusing assumptions from all   
   directions.   
   	Oh and the artwork is superb.  There is a problem that   
   a lot of the characters look very much alike and this powers some   
   of the arcs.   
      
   	Now I don't post to any online sites currently but I noted   
   in passing that one user asked why the creator shut it down.   
   	The answer is that the creator had done as much with the   
   basic premise as he felt useful.  Look for his other works as   
   he is productive.
