   	This is like a agency to investigate problems and   
   resolve them.  Seemed funny to me last night.  Girls wearing   
   long skirts, like bad girls in the 1980s, terrorize stalkers.   
   The above says she is bad-mouthed but I think it means some   
   thing different to the Japanese.  In the USA it would mean   
   someone who swears(blasphemously or profanely or vulgarly)   
   but it seems to mean here that she is frank and honest.
