I have now completed this through chapter 7 and I find it engaging. I like Hidamari no Ki by the God of Manga a bit better but this is good. There are lots of medical terminology and details of treatment which as a retired nurse I find somewhat interesting If you are turned off by medical details and surgical repairs then you might not like this as much as I do. Historical character like Ryoma and Katsu are brought in and so is Saigo but I haven't gotten that far yet.
