   	This is very funny, as Hinata thinks that the Mikage is a   
   delinquent intent on harming or extorting her.   That is because   
   Mikage is a gyaru or girl using cosmetics and wearing non-uniform   
   clothes to school.  Also there is a undertone of shojo ai behavior   
   as the gyaru loves to touch Mikage hair and head.   
   	This is a gas and I fail to see how it can become less   
   amusing as the time goes by.   
   	But this is aimed at boys with the shounen in genre   
   so I think Mikage may be acting with the fanservice to young   
   males in mind as proxy for male readers.
