   	Well I just found this this evening and it pushed 3 buttons   
   of my interest.  Martial Arts, Comedy and Gender Bender.   
   	The main character is a former Karate Director who has   
   spent 2 years in prison for tax evasion and destruction of evidence.   
   He is killed by a truck before he has been out more than a couple   
   of hours. One of those notorious supernatural cats* is looking for   
   a hero though and transfers his soul to the body of a HS girl who   
   has been in coma for 3 days.   
   	This girl's soul is no longer able to be returned to her   
   body and her personal situation is dire as her parents have been   
   killed and left her their enormous debts and a karate dojo.   
   	The action takes off right away as the debt collectors are   
   on her case and will settle for rape of her and her business.   
   	But the hero settles their hash with karate and subterfuge.   
   	Now she must reopen the dojo and pay off her debts.   
   	And the girl's soul is very unhappy to see the way her body   
   is being treated by a old man's soul.   
      
   	This looks very good   
   	* this cat resembles the ones in Sailor Moon but doesn't   
   look like it will come up with nice girly magical toys to transform   
   and transmute.
