   High-schooler Saionji has moved into a boarding house with   
   a really cute young landlord named Sakura, who also attends   
   his school. Though it's really near the school, the place   
   is pretty broken-down and all the other tenants are strange   
   women. They include little Hana, who wears costumes in public,   
   a sloppy, lazy teacher, and his slightly uncivilized   
   schoolmate Akira. Living in the boarding house does not help   
   Saionji's reputation at school, but he has a huge crush on   
   the landlord.   
   Will he be able to handle living with all these   
   bizarre women, and somehow win Sakura's heart?   
      
   bliss note:   
   	Overtones of Maison Ikkoku except the decrepit apartment house   
   is set in the middle of the school's front yard, the Landlady is a   
   student of the school and so is Saionji who manages to make lots   
   of mistakes about the other occupants.   Sakura soon develops   
   a negative attitude about Sainonji "who is always making excuses"   
   for his problems with the female tenants.  Lots of hilarity ensues   
   of course.  8 chapters online.  The hard-drinking teacher fills in   
   for the MI cast of careless and perverted adults. Very weird harem   
   story if that is what it amounts to.
