        Well this is about an intersex person who can present as X-dressing   
   boy.  Their only wish is to have friends who can understand X as X is.   
   Another student notices her wish and having a Xdressing maid cafe   
   he takes her there.  She is bothered but decides to work there with   
   transgender boys and the manager is one, the older brother of   
   the other student.

        I think this is pretty well done.  It does not show the depth   
   of the relationships in IS - Otoko demo Onna demo Nai Sei but it is   
   happening much faster.  It also has a less tragic tone where the   
   IS person is very frail and knows she faces a possible early death,   
   while being unable to marry the man she loves.  She does her best   
   to live her life to the hilt.
