   Hi Readers and Typers   
      
       Watching TV today in between chores and making Flash Drives   
   for the LUG and one of the PBS shows featured a new Japanese   
   robot in the form of Atomu aka Astroboy.  He has facial recognition   
   and can pull down further information from the Cloud to aid the   
   built in AI.  So far it is confined to tabletop use as a communications   
   device with a built in video screen and its own voice and hearing.   
        It can show old shows on its minute video screen.   
      
        Thank heaven no built-in jets.(yet)   
      
         This was the last segment of a show that featured   
   mechanical power assistance for leg movement for recuperative   
   exercise.  Battery powered of course.  Then a device that   
   converts a regular wheelchair to a powered chair like a   
   mobility scooter.
