   Hi aficionados of manga,

      Maa-chan no Nikkichou
   Author: TEZUKA Osamu
genres: Comedy Shounen Slice of Life

Maa-chan’s Diary is the first manga created by Tezuka Osamu.
He authored it in 1946, and it ran in Shokokumin Shinbun
(Mainichi Elementary Schoolchildren’s Newspaper). It follows
the life of a little preschooler named Maa-chan, who lives in
   post-war Japan.

This is pretty elementary. stuff in every way. I have not
read the whole series which is now online on fanfox.net. I did
read the first couple of episodes and then today more was out and
i dipped into the stuff from a few months later and Maa-chan is
having adventures. Also another Tezuka cast member shows up,
a rich round older fellow who has lost a diamond. The art is
better. Maa-chan might grow up to be a Tezuka hero.
But clear evidence of Tezuka's development.
