   Actually, no, I haven't.  What I've said is that there was a big   
   native die off that was coincident in time with the arrival of   
   Europeans in the New World and that the cause of that die off cannot   
   be known with certainty because it occurred outside the view of anyone   
   who would have recorded it and by the time those folks who would have   
   recorded it got there the die off was over.
