   So, a long time ago I posted my concept for kinetic cluster bomb. Now, I ve   
   got next idea, kinetic incendiary bomb, working that way: reentry vehicle   
   enters atmosphere, and its thermal shield somewhat transfers the heat to the   
   interior of bomb made of    
   different material, which changes into hot, high pressure plasma, and when   
   this thing hits the ground, the thin heat shield pops and releases plasma over   
   big area, creating incendiary effect and burning people alive ;) I want to   
   know if that would be    
   feasible...    
   Someone may think that it doesn't make sense to design such strange devices,   
   but maybe sometimes in the future the popular "rods from God" weapon will be   
   just too powerfull...   
   So, tell me what you think about my design,  and submit your ideas! :D
