     Also, as I've pointed out before, as long as you have this enormous truss   
   and a lot of power available, why not build a kilometer-long railgun into the   
   truss? That way the bus can shoot at enemy targets the combat craft can't   
   reach in order to soften    
   them up for troop landings.
