Here       you assume you not only know where the target is, but that you're going       to destroy it using espionage methods, not "somehow shoot it without it       knowing your shooting", said concept being, so to speak, "shot down"       long ago.               No one has contended, as far as I know, that you couldn't fight a war       over assets in space.
