   The rocket equation also goes here:   
      
   deltaV = Ve Ln(mass ratio)   
      
   Ve = 3e8 m/s for a photonic rocket   
      
   So if you use fusion and convert 1% of the rockets mass into energy your   
   deltaV will be 3E6 m/s.   
   Note if you use the fusion ash as propellant you get a lower exhaust speed,   
   but a higher delta V.   
      
   If you use antimatter and convert 80% to energy, your deltaV will be 4,83E8.   
   Note this is higher that the speed of light, so you need to do some   
   relativistic calculations with increase of mass etc to find the real speed.
