   No problem.

Wind speeds measured by Viking were around 30 m/s. Density of mars
atmosphere is around 0.02 kg/m^3. This gives you a dynamic pressure
of around 9 Pa, or 9 Newton per m^2.

On earth, usual atmospheric density is around 1.2 kg/m^3. To get
to the same dynamic pressure, you would have a wind speed of a
bit less than 4 m/s, which is in the range for Beaufort 3.

   So, literally a gentle breeze.
