Yes, at high enough       relativistic speeds, ou will get an equivalent of aerodynamics. You would not       even really need a magnetic field to generate your wing (I am not sure how       would would manage this in        any case).       That said, this would ONLY work at relativistic speeds. That means that you       can not use it to stop.
