   I got it. You know since you can't actually control the outcome of the state   
   of a random quantum-entangled particle, FTL communications is not possible.    
      
   BUT... what if we made the particles have a measurement one by one at a set   
   time interval. lets say 1 second. But, if the entangled particle do not match   
   the state you were hoping to get, it waits a different interval before taking   
   more measurements(2    
   seconds in this example). So, it would be like this.
