   wait, I must be misunderstanding something. If the transmitter had observed   
   them without forcing it to have a certain state, then won't the entangled   
   particle at the other end have the same state as the transmitter end? And the   
   receiving end would know    
   when it collapsed since it is now in a state a definite state, not in a state   
   of superposition?
