   Its feasible, of course. Its just a rocket. Just get to work.   
      
      
   What is much more questionable at this time is how to make closed-loop life   
   support system.   
      
   I wonder why Mars though. The asteroids have water, metals etc, all that you   
   need to bootstrap a space faring civilisation.
