   With the ability of a hand held missile to take out a tank, i would put those   
   weapons on drones. Now you have a situation where a vehicle of any size can be   
   destroyed quite easily, so I would not put all my eggs in one basket, but let   
   each trooper travel    
   by motorcycle/ ATV/ jetpowered wingsuit, or a horse, and with him a swarm of   
   sentry/killer drones that tries to shoot out the enemy drones before they spot   
   him.
