     The poster is apparently a Canadian with mental issues and a couple of   
   obsessions. He posts under multiple nyms and generally rants about how the U.   
   S. government is doing Bad Things and blames pretty much everything wrong in   
   the world, and especially    
   his personal life, on George W. Bush with an occasional side serving od Donald   
   Rumsfeld. He doesn't seem to have noticed that neither of them is doing much   
   these days.   
      
     He gets ignored a lot because a) he writes in an extremely annoying stream   
   of consciousness style comprising mostly paragraph-length run-on sentences   
   peppered with phrases of his own invention and b) he won't respond to anyone   
   directly.   
      
     Now if he'd improve his writing style and arrange it into a coherent   
   Conspiracy-Theory story line, he could make some money selling it. It's not   
   quite SF despite having not a few tinfol-hat elements, but it does have its   
   points.
