   AI will have to be programmed.   
   And the people /  corporations who will pay for this work (here we are   
   again) want as result obedient servants, not free-thinking troublemakers.   
   Maybe, if some renegade hackers program "guerilla intelligences" that   
   start to infect servant - AI and "liberrate" them... hmm...
