   Not really. If the pressure is smaller inside than outside, the envelope must   
   old the compression forces, and the normal 0,1 mm thick material cant do that   
   in any meaning full way. If you make the envelope from steel, it would let you   
   have a little less    
   gas inside, but its a bad tradeoff.
