   TBH, I was thinking even if it was possible, launching it wouldn't be very   
   good for the operator. Back in 2014(?), the US Army put monitors on soldiers   
   serving in Afghanistan to study the effects of explosives on their hearing,   
   but found out the recoil-   
   less guns also harms the soldiers. I imagine the effects of it would be even   
   worse for a rocket launcher that can go into orbit.   
      
   The delta-V requirements would probably be lower then 8125m/s because the   
   projectile does not need to go into orbit, just get up to the altitude of the   
   target. This is even better since then the projectile would have a higher   
   relative velocity. This    
   would loosen the constraints and the hearing loss somewhat...
