      Thanks for pointing it out, it was a really interesting read (though a bit   
   long-winded). I learned stuff I didn't know about the Cultural Revolution (even   
   though I'm from a former Communist country, we were in the Soviet camp, so info   
   about China was not really widespread).   
      The Dark Forest explanation of the Fermi paradox is scarily plausible.   
   although the physics, especially in the third book, not so much.
