   I am not sure why anti-matter is needed here. Not when you use relativistic   
   kinetic projectiles.  Plain dust (regular matter, not anti-matter) getting   
   hit by a relativistic projectile will also act rather energetically.   
      
   That will give you a good warning without needed exotics.
