   Oh, one important detail I forgot about : "Magic", which are basically old   
   technology left over. The inhabitants do have some access to preserved   
   technology with the associated knowledge forboperating it. They were probably   
   found in some old hidden well-   
   preserved warehouse. Most of them wouldn't have moving which would add to the   
   my the mythicalness.
