From: sungjunnoh0802@gmail.com              Sorry for replying so late...              The setting is that due to widespread deployment of automation, going to and       living in space is a wholenlot easier, driving more people to exteaterristial       colonies. However, after the people rise up against robots, the UEF(United       Earth Federation) bans        automation. Since the colonies heavily depend on automation to sustain       themselves and are under the jurisdiction of the UEF, they have to somehow       preserve automation.              Yes, the whole notion of getting rid of automation is ridiculous, but I can't       change it. Don't ask why.               Lets call the founding of the colonies as year 0. We are in the actuall solar       system and colonization of Mars begins. By year 50, widespread automation is       adopted on Earth by year 55 and while it takes a bit longer, Mars embraces       heavy automation by year        60, when a large wave of migrations to immigration to Mars occurs. As year 100       approaches, people on Earth becomes skeptical on automation, and ban it. This       where my story will take place How plausible would the growth of the colonies       be?              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
