   Antimatter is very hard to make for 2018 earthlings, but maybe the guys with   
   the jump drive have a matter reverser. Press 1 to make dark matter, press 2 to   
   make negative matter (for the wormhole), press 3 to make anti matter.   
      
   Besides antimatter we can think up the zero point bomb, or a gravity field   
   inverter (aka the earthquake bomb, not to mention the ol' trick of opening a   
   wormhole that ends inside the sun.   
      
   The OP specifically mentioned bombs, but there is also TW scale laser and   
   relativistic particle beam weapons.   
      
   Or you know, act like a god and have the locals give you gold, like the   
   Anunnaki did on earth. That would be the economy version, just keep a few guys   
   on each planet to keep an eye on things and yell "HERESY" if someone mentions   
   the atom.   
      
   For some more creative ideas there is all the books of Revelation space in   
   Alistair Reynolds books. A few Von Neuman probes can convert a moon into a   
   death star, and there is nothing the local 2018 type humans can do about it.
