   In the past I am sure we've all seen proposed iron-aluminium salt water   
   batteries that are proposed to be miracle energy sources. Is this another one   
   of those, or is this different?   
      
   Caltech is not MIT but its not the Transylvanian Institute of Extreme,   
   Advanced Quackery either.   
      
   Any thoughts welcome.
