   Having slept on it, I realize this would still allow causal violations.   
      
   What if the particles are not vibrating, but just sitting still along the 4th   
   dimension and then just popping in as we pass through them. They would the   
   Aether, stationary in respect to something, but having a common frame of   
   reference, FTL communication    
   would be possible.
