   What would be the point of this?  Paramount already has/is a studio, right?   
      
   The only reason to buy WB would be for the IPs like DC, Looney Tunes,   
   Casablanca etc.  Seems like they need separate those out somehow   
   and not get stuck with a bunch of obsolete studio stuff (AI is coming...)   
   and declining cable assets.
