   Almost Famous. It boggles the mind that this film received any critical   
   praise, let alone awards. If I cannot become at one with the protagonist   
   within the first 15 minutes, I know it's a klunker. There was no character   
   development that made any of the    
   interactions believable. It was dreadful in every area of film. Even the scene   
   where a so-called Hard-Rock band from the 70s would be seen listening to "Tiny
