   Problems in science-fictional worlds is where the story happens.  :)   
      
   Actually, it sounded like rods can't be swapped and it only applies to   
   constructs.  Of course, maybe the "bad results" of removing existing skewers   
   to put in new ones is that the constructs start to get their own ideas.
