If this computer is i486 or Pentium I or II and has a USB 1.1 or 2 port in the
back of it, and you are using Windows 98 as the operating system, you can
download free unauthorized patches to make Win 98 recognize USB ports. Then
   you can write your files
to flashdrives. I have done this with old computers that would run too slow
with Win ME (first Win version that recognized USB), and it will let you
handle larger files, and move them to modern PCs very easily. Flashdrives are
   very cheap now.
