   	That's very good response for a review. A Kickstarter takes place over   
   30 days (usually) and you're not going by reviews alone but by   
   networking -- get people to mention it on FB, Twitter, Usenet, their own   
   sites, etc. If you have a lot of friends, that can add up fast. And   
   since contributions can start at $1 and go up, almost anyone who isn't   
   literally flat broke can get in on the fun.   
      
   	I set a goal of $5k and ended up well over 7K, past my first stretch   
   goal. Yes, I'm a bigger author than you, but I also don't like promoing   
   myself. I still found that Kickstarter made it fairly easy, and they're   
   a really nicely done platform for this.
