They said the emails aren't getting as far as my server. There's no
record of them arriving, and also, if they're getting sent back from
somewhere else, that would explain why your bounceback message doesn't
match any of the ones their server software sends.

Because you've known me for a long time, your server may possibly be
trying to deliver me email by sending it to where my domain name used to
be hosted, instead of where it is actually hosted now.

Which makes me wonder if using an email attached to one of my domains
that you've never emailed before would work. So you could possibly send
something to lavender at aircastle (it's an org) or lavender at
chaoscircle (the usual com)? I don't think you've ever contacted me
at either of those domains. (This is just me theorizing, though. I
haven't discussed the idea with them.)

They also said if we send them the headers of the bounceback message,
they can trace where it's actually getting to before it comes back. But
they warn me that they probably can't actually *do* anything about it,
since the email doesn't get as far as them before turning around and
   heading back to you.

It sounded to me like it might be more effective to contact your tech
   people?
