   Part of the problem is that, if you want all of your followers to see the   
   post, Facebook wants you to pay for the privilege.  I am co-administrator   
   of a Facebook page for a small nonprofit organization, and get frustrated   
   at times when Facebook tells me that a given announcement only was seen   
   by 10% of the people following the page.  We don't have the budget to pay   
   for mass distribution.
