   Aren't there specific phone services for deaf people? You didn't say you were   
   deaf, but I'd think whatever it is would qualify. My sister worked at a phone   
   service like that, which is all I know about it.   
      
   Don't feel that it's necessary to explain why not, I just thought I'd mention
