   Is it false info? Dunno. A bureaucratic hoop rarely makes sense. I hate forms   
   of all kinds but as they are required for getting stuff done I reluctantly,   
   and often ineptly, comply.   
   I suppose it depends on how much you want to self publish. Compared with the   
   difficulty of producing a coherent text of any length this seems rather   
   trivial, but if you don't want to compromise, you don't.
