   You can try to pry out the two bad keys and clean them and their holes, scrub   
   them with water and toothbrush.  This will help if there was some fluid stuck   
   on them, but they are plastic and they snap in, and you can't do that more   
   than twice, maybe.   
      
   Anyhow, I'm glad to hear you got bad keys -- I was afraid you were writing the   
   manuscript in elvin language or something. I never know how to tell people   
   when they do that.
