   Yeah, but always using storms to indicate tension or what-have-you is   
   boring.  You can actually create many different moods from the same type   
   of weather.  It's all in how you describe it.   
      
   Rain can be depressing, or refreshing, or calming, or forboding, or   
   cleansing...  etc.
