   Amazon.co.uk say they have 2 left in stock, more on way.   
      
   I originally ordered from them but on pub day they shifted from pre-order to   
   "one to three months" so I cancelled.   
      
   I'm doing an accidental 1 Month Prime trial so it didn't cost anything for
