   Whether I choose to read or write fiction with invented words for   
   everyday objects, tribal weapons, native animals, extensive kinship   
   systems, etc., the presence of a glossary tells me there will be more   
   than several.  That has nothing to do with whether I like to read   
   fiction with exotic languages in it or not.
