   I'd recommend submitting to BEWILDERING STORIES.  And be sure to read their   
   mission statement (although I don't think they call it that).   
      
   Other magazines that have given me personal and very helpful guidance are   
   PLASMA FREQUENCY MAGAZINE, PERIHELION ONLINE SCIENCE FICTION, THE MAGAZINE OF   
   FANTASY AND SCIENCE FICTION.
