   No. The first page should have your name and address and email, at the   
   top on the left. On the right, the word count and the rights you are   
   selling. Halfway down, the title, by Your Name Here. If this is a   
   pseudonym it will not be the same as the one at the top left. Directly   
   after this the text of the story should pick up.
