   I can't recall ever seeing such a construction as that, and your   
   example sentences ring *very* oddly on my ear.  You can say "and"   
   instead of "to" (cf. Fritz Leiber's story, "Try and Change the Past")   
   if you want something that is less formal and more flowing, but you   
   can't engage in complete asyndeton there.
